IPPA Privacy Statement

How We Store And Use Your Personal Information

You have probably been receiving lots of emails from companies notifying you of updates to privacy policies because of changes to EU data protection laws. This section describes how the International Paediatric Pathology Association (IPPA) handles your information and what steps you can take to have it removed from our database.

Your personal information is stored on our database for IPPA purposes only.

The personal information we hold consists of names, email addresses, and from 2018, photographs of Tutor and course participants, we do not hold personal home addresses or bank details.

IPPA will never sell/lend or give your personal details to any third party*

IPPA will use your details to contact you via email regarding upcoming IPPA courses & other related events or important information relating to the IPPA course you have signed up for.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you by simply contacting our webmaster

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at anytime by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any of the emails we send you or by contacting our webmaster, please note: If you unsubscribe from emails we will have no way of contacting you regarding your IPPA course but you can still view the course information by logging into our web site.

Where we have any personal details such as names, email addresses, photo's of course participants included in either our website or course programme's within the website, these will be behind the site's security needing a username and password to view.

*IPPA course participants may have their details passed to course organisers for hotel room bookings etc.
